Careers
We’re not always hiring.
But we’re always paying attention.
This page exists so you can understand how we work, what we value, and whether it makes sense to reach out.
How we think about work
Crown is built around small teams, high trust, and real accountability.
We optimize for:
- Judgment over process
- Ownership over titles
- Curiosity over credentials
- Long-term relationships over short-term output
If you need constant direction or rigid structure, this probably won’t be a fit.
How we actually work
Most of our work happens in small, focused engagements.
That means:
- Clear goals
- Direct client access
- Few layers between thinking and execution
- Expectations are explicit
You will be expected to think, not just deliver.
Who tends to do well here
People who succeed at Crown tend to:
- Be comfortable with ambiguity
- Ask better questions than they answer
- Care about craft and consequences
- Follow through without being managed
Background matters less than how you show up.
What we’re not optimizing for
This is not:
- A large agency environment
- A ladder you climb by waiting
- A place to hide behind role definitions
- A content factory
If that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll be happier elsewhere.
Open roles
We don’t post roles unless there’s a real need.
When we do, they’re listed here.
If there’s nothing listed, that’s intentional.
Reaching out
If you think there’s a strong overlap between how you work and how we work, you can reach out.
We’ll want to understand:
- What kind of problems you like solving
- How you make decisions
- What you’ve learned from work that didn’t go as planned
Links are helpful. So is context.
A note on timing
We move deliberately.
Not hearing back right away usually means:
- There isn’t an active role
- We’re heads-down on client work
It’s not a signal about you.
