Confidentiality and NDA Notice
Confidentiality is foundational to how we work.
CROWN operates under non-disclosure agreements with clients, partners, and collaborators. We treat trust as a professional obligation, not a formality.
Client and partner confidentiality
- Client work is confidential unless explicitly approved for public sharing
- Behind-the-scenes materials are not disclosed prematurely
- Case studies are published only with consent and appropriate review
Any work shown publicly:
- has been approved
- is shared intentionally
- reflects only what is safe and appropriate to disclose
Unsolicited submissions
Please note:
- CROWN does not accept unsolicited ideas, pitches, concepts, or creative materials
- Any unsolicited information submitted through this website or via email is not considered confidential
- Submissions made without a prior written agreement may be reviewed, discarded, or deleted at our discretion
Submitting unsolicited materials does not create:
- a confidential relationship
- a non-disclosure agreement
- an obligation to review, respond, or compensate
If you wish to share sensitive or proprietary information, please request an NDA before doing so.
NDAs and formal engagements
When confidentiality is required:
- NDA terms are provided explicitly
- obligations are mutual and clearly defined
- agreements are honored in full
If you are engaging with us on a confidential project, the appropriate agreements will be put in place first.
Respect for trust
We take confidentiality seriously because our work depends on it.
If you have questions about confidentiality, NDAs, or how information is handled, please ask. We are happy to clarify.
